The Challenge
Twin Salary came to us with a major issue: legacy salary advance apps were confusing for employees, resulting in high drop-off rates and constant support requests. Their current UI was not built for speed, and HR teams were hesitant to roll out the service.
What We Did
- Redesigned the main dashboard for single-tap salary requests.
- Built an interactive, real-time visual progress tracker so employees always knew when funds would land in their account.
- Created a white-label design system for HR departments to customize and present to employees.
